Photography & Image Editing

Having studied A Level Photography, I techniques and methods that the great photographers used (and still use), I learned film based photography, in a dark room, processing my images with chemicals and light sensitive paper.

However times are changing, and I'm not so old that digital photography wasn't around at the time, I just felt it would be beneficial to understand the roots of good photography, rather than knowing how to charge a battery, then point and shoot.

Having good knowledge on the theory of photography, as well as a good technical grasp of what makes a good photograph, I am able to transfer this into a digital setting. Please take a look at some of my work above.

Being a graphic designer and having worked with photo editing software such as Photoshop for over 7 years, I am able to edit images, removing blemishes, enhancing colours, even super imposing people/things that aren't really there, to a degree where it is hard to tell whether it is a fake or not.
